Our story
Forged in the field. Built for the moments that matter.
HALO Sphere wasn’t conceived in a boardroom, it was built in the operational environment by clinicians who experienced firsthand the challenge of maintaining readiness in low-frequency, high-consequence settings.
Developed and proven within an intensive care flight paramedic search and rescue team, every feature exists because it solved a genuine operational problem. From preventing expired medications and tracking equipment readiness to managing clinical competencies and operational currency, the platform was shaped by the realities of the job - not assumptions.
Every reminder, dashboard, and audit trail reflects a lesson learned in the field, where an expired vial, a missed competency, or overlooked equipment check can have real consequences.
Today, HALO Sphere is being commercialised to bring that same field-tested discipline to remote and high-risk clinical operations everywhere. Whether supporting retrieval services, industrial medicine, defence, remote healthcare, or private medical providers, it helps organisations reduce administrative burden while ensuring their people, equipment, and compliance remain ready for the day it counts.
